Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
Cancellation and refund are two different things
This is the part most often misunderstood, so it comes first.
- Cancelling a monthly service plan stops future automatic charges once the cancellation takes effect. Whether anything remains owed under the agreed term is a separate question — contact us and we will confirm how your plan will be handled.
- Refunding returns money for a charge that has already been taken.
Cancelling a plan does not automatically refund any month you have already paid. If you believe a past charge should be returned, ask us and we will review it as a separate request.
Cancelling a monthly service plan
Contact us by phone or email and we will cancel it. We confirm the cancellation with our payment provider before treating it as done, then email you. Once cancelled, a plan cannot be restarted — a new plan needs a new offer and a new signed agreement.
Our systems are able to issue full and partial refunds and to correct provider transactions. Having that capability is not the same as an entitlement — whether a particular payment is refunded depends on the circumstances and on the terms of your agreement.
Charges that are clearly wrong
If you were charged twice for the same work, charged after a plan was cancelled, or charged an amount that does not match your invoice or agreement, tell us and we will investigate. Where our records confirm the error, we correct it.
Refunds for work already done
Full and partial refunds
We can issue either a full refund or part of a charge. Every refund is recorded against the original payment, so your history always shows what was originally charged, what was returned, and the net amount retained. We never delete or alter the original record.
Card refunds and returned bank transfers are processed by our payment provider; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank, not on us.
How to ask
Call (516) 644-7187 or email info@apexliftsolutionsusa.com. Tell us the invoice number and what you think is wrong. Having the invoice in front of you makes it much faster.
