2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly, including:
- Name, company name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a contact or quote request form
- Account credentials (email and password) when you register for our Client Portal
- Service request details, equipment information, and any photos you upload
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never see or store your full card number)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your service requests and deliver the services you've requested
- Send you quotes, invoices, service records, and account notifications
- Manage your Client Portal account and service history
- Contact you about your plan, upcoming service visits, or account status
- Improve our services and communicate relevant updates
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Your account credentials and portal data are stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymous website analytics. We track page views and interactions (button clicks, form submissions) to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
- Stripe — payment processing. We use Stripe Checkout for invoice payments. Stripe is PCI-compliant. We do not store payment card details.
- Formspree — contact and application form submissions. Submitted data is forwarded to our email.
- EmailJS — transactional email notifications (quote alerts, account confirmations). Used for portal-related emails only.
5. Data Security
Your portal data is protected by Supabase's Row Level Security (RLS), which ensures each customer can only access their own records — even at the database level. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information via your portal Account tab
- Request deletion of your account by contacting us at info@apexliftsolutionsusa.com
7. Cookies
We use two types of cookies: (1) functional cookies from Supabase, required to keep you logged into the Client Portal; and (2) Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) which help us understand how visitors use the site. GA cookies collect anonymous usage data only — no personal information. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
