Accessibility

Our aim
We want this website and customer portal to be usable by everyone, including people who use a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We work toward the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
We are not claiming full compliance. We have not had an independent audit, and automated checking cannot prove a site is accessible. We are describing genuine effort and an open door, not a certificate.
What we have done
- Every form field has a label a screen reader can announce.
- Dialogs — including the ones for payments and refunds — announce themselves, keep keyboard focus inside while open, close with the Escape key, and return focus to where you were.
- Keyboard focus is visible on every control.
- Text and buttons were checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios and adjusted where they fell short.
- A “Skip to main content” link starts each page.
- Images have alternative text.
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Loading, success and failure states are announced, not shown by colour alone.
Known limits
The secure payment window is provided by our payment processor and we do not control its markup. If you have difficulty using it, contact us and we will help you complete your payment using an available accessible option.
