What this covers
Browser storage and third-party requests made by apexliftsolutionsusa.com and the customer and admin portals. We have listed what is genuinely in the code — there is no generic cookie table copied from elsewhere, and nothing below is invented.
Strictly necessary
These cannot be turned off without breaking sign-in or payment.

We have not listed individual Supabase or Helcim storage key names. We would only be guessing at their SDKs' internals, and a made-up key name is worse than none.
Optional — analytics
Off unless you turn it on. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no analytics request leaves your browser.

Which pages get visited and which links get used, so we know what is worth keeping. Loaded only after you accept. | Third-party |
When it is on we send generic events only: page views, that a quote form was submitted, that a phone or email link was tapped. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, invoice or quote numbers, equipment serial numbers, payment or transaction identifiers, or the contents of any field you type into.
Analytics is not loaded on the customer or admin portal at all. Those pages are never tracked, whatever your choice.
Other external connections
Typefaces and the JavaScript library our portal uses are served from this website itself, not from a third party, so loading a page does not by itself contact anyone else. The connections that do occur are:
- Supabase — our database and sign-in provider. Contacted when you sign in or use the customer or admin portal.
- Helcim — our payment processor. Contacted only when you start a payment or add a payment method.
- Google Analytics — only after you accept analytics, and never in the portal.
Changing your mind
Select Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. If you switch analytics off after having it on, we stop sending anything further and disable collection for the rest of the visit, and nothing loads on your next visit. Changing this setting stops future optional analytics collection from this site. It does not retract information already sent before you changed your preference.
If you clear your browser storage, your choice is forgotten and you will be asked again.
